These terms govern use of the Places That Exist website and protected publishing dashboard.

About the project

Places That Exist is a creative architecture and travel-concept project. Visuals may depict imagined projects placed in real countries or landscapes and should not be treated as property listings, booking offers or verified travel information.

Authorized dashboard access

The TikTok publishing dashboard is restricted to an authorized owner and designated platform reviewers. Access codes and session tokens must not be shared or used to bypass access controls. Unauthorized generation, API use or attempts to interfere with the service are prohibited.

Content review

Generated carousels, captions, privacy settings and disclosures are presented for review. Nothing is queued until the authorized user explicitly approves and schedules the exact post.

Third-party services

The service may interact with TikTok, OpenAI and hosting/storage providers through authorized APIs. Use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability

We may modify, secure, suspend or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms when necessary.
